Show adsense in sidebar but NOT on pages?

How to display adsense on the sidebar on the whole site but NOT on the pages (contact..)?
I use a skyscraper in the sidebar. This is added as a widget (Text) where I added the adsense code to.

Blocking with <!--NoAds--> won't work here.

    You can change the page layout to Full width to disable widgets on that page.

      There is no reason to block them.

      When google means no content, they mean
      pages with no content set up to splash
      adsense ads on it. Specifically to just show
      ads as if they were "content."

      Very little to worry about. Worry about something
      bigger.

      If it still bothers you, make the best of it. Put some
      "content" on it. Very, very easy to do.
