    basically you have your money site and then links to that.... they are tier 1 then links to your links are tier 2......

    Tire 1 means the circle which is directly linked with your money site. tire2 is the circle which is linked to tire 1.
    Link Pyramid is a link building technique in which the ultimate link building looks like a pyramid.
