Found this keyword and went off and did more research on it. An EMD ranks at the top with PR0 and 0 backlinks. What do you all think? Pic below.

I was considering getting an EMD for this and building up a lot of quality unique content on the site. It gets 5,000 local searches a month and $9-$10 CPC.

If you got that $9-$10 CPC from the Google Keyword Tool, it's most likely way higher than you'll ever see on your sites Adsense CPC. You need to look at the Google Contextual Tool, then divide that CPC by 2.

Example Contextual Tool CPC, $10 / 2 = $5.00, so the rough estimate would be $5 CPC. Keep in mind that's a rough estimate & Adwords is an auction with bidding that fluctuates & has a lot of other factors.

Those SEO software tools aren't very dependable when doing SEO research. I could dominate a keyword & TrafficTravis would never detect the SEO I do on my sites.

Looking at only external backlinks isn't a good idea. You need to look at the site as a whole.

Run these searches in Google & see what you get, use the #1 ranking site as the domain you'll be searching (site:domain.com) & search both www & non-www versions of the domain.

    "keyword" site:domain.com
    "keyword" site:www.domain.com
    intitle:"keyword" site:domain.com
    intitle:"keyword" site:www.domain.com
Obviously check the external links, just know that Google looks at the rest of the competitions site & how much keyword/link relevancy that comp. is passing to the already ranked page.

Only 1 Result for in title.

23 for keyword. So seeing Google has 22 pages indexed, I'm guessing that's about right.
