Can I use my friend's adsense account on a site blocked by adsense

Hi guyz,
I registered adsense account which was later banned by Google telling no reason. Now my site has daily 200 visitors and I wanna put adsense on my site.
Could anybody tell me that if I use adsense account of my friend. Would it not put an effect to the account of my friend.
Another thing is, I don't wanna try to get back my disabled account because what I have ready over forums, this will not work.
