2 Websites, SAME Template + Content, Will They Be SEO Affected? Diffrent Keyword, + Blog Contents

2 Car Dealerships: Lexus and Mercedes
2 Wordpress Sites for each dealership.

Same: Wordpress template, contact forms, inner-pages, homepage content, drop-down links, etc.

Different: Keywords (new Mercedes vs. new Lexus, etc) and blog content.

Now considering 80% of the content will be articles on the vehicles, 80% of the website content will be unique and not duplicate. However 20% of the site, including the homepage, inner about us pages, and contact pages will be duplicates (with keyword changes).

I'm looking at it like this: 100 unique links will be from articles on lexus, and their unique models. So as I add more content, it increase the websites diversity form each other..

How bad do you think this will hurt our SEO? I really have no choice, both have to be very similar to stay within branding of each other..
