Which Warrior would you recommend for SEO

Hi Warriors,
Over the past 12 months I have been SEO'ing my sites - getting penalized on some and then working to get them back only to suffer again from the Panda/Penguin. As I seem to be spending 90% of my time on SEO I have decided it's time to pay someone else to do it so I can do more on-site work.
What I want to know is your recommendations on a service on this great forum to help me and anyone else who is interested in the same. What I am not looking for is someone with their point of view which is just there to support their signature link. I'm looking to find out what they did for you and how good or bad they were.
With Panda and Penguin penalties going about at the moment which are the best Warriors that have provided a service which is still Google Friendly? What I'm looking to do is take take 3 different services from 3 different Warriors and try them out for myself.
