Should i make adsense channels targetable? Has anyone experienced Targetable versus non targetable adsense channels? Are there pros and cons to targetable channels?

    Of course. You may (and should) get people bidding
    directly for your site. It's what you want, it's
    how the best adsense system works.

    Custom, targetable channels should not be
    a secret to anyone using adsense.

    Keep in mind, that if your site is junk, forget it.
    High PR, authoritative, ranking sites are what
    adwords users want. In fact, I know for a fact
    that I get double for more than one of my sites
    than what the going rate is for search. You
    can't beat it. Anyone using adwords may actually
    do better using this route.

      Thanks Paul, Is there a minimum amount of traffic Google recommends for targetable Channels? Also age of website? I also read that targeting ads cause irrelevent ads to content compare to not targeting ads, is this true?

        I don't think so. If your site is targetable, you appear in any search results
        from an advertiser who plugs in the right keywords.

        Of course, it's up to them to decide whether to put an ad or not.

        I've had targetable channels since day one on all my sites.
