I think my adsense days are over

They havent banned my account but I get the feeling they will be. For the past 2 days they have refunded a lot of money after getting clicks. I submitted an invalid click form to report that someone could be click bombing me or what not and for the past 3 hours I haven't made a penny. I hope this is just me being paranoid but... son of a beetch!

Doesn't sound like it, if you reported that somebody was in fact commiting fraud on yout ads, then they probably just removed them.

They have a pretty good system in place to find out what is/isn't legitimate.

Ah man hope your right. I am always weary about getting banned because even though I feel like Im doing everything right I read stories all the time people getting banned even though they didnt do anything wrong. I just rather not take the chance and sit there while they keep refunding money from clicks, so that is why I reported it. Hopefully that will make the google gods happy.

No reason to report invalid clicks. They don't care.

Invalid clicks will not, repeat, will not get you banned.

Everybody and their brother that uses adsense gets
invalid clicks. The more clicks you get, the more
invalid clicks you'll get. I would dare to guess that
everybody who makes anything decent with adsense
always, and I mean always, gets less as finalized earnings
at the end of the month then what it first says.
      Those are deemed invalid clicks.

Click fraud is not an invalid click. Too many people just
fall all over the words "invalid clicks," because they
don't know any other reason. I mean, it can't be their
stupidity, right? SO it must be those mean people clicking
      ads. Well, it's not.

Now before some people get red, I always say, that if you
get 100 clicks a day, and 80 are invalid, that's means
you are not watching your site. 80 out of a 100 bad clicks
is bad for google. Nothing to do with invalid clicks, but the
fact that adsense on your site is pretty futile.

In fact, what's funny, is that click fraud is with to "valid"
      clicks, not invalid clicks.

I average almost $200 a day in adsense, but I hardly see refunds though at the end of the month the finalized earnings are usually 10-15 bucks less than the ending amount. As I said in my original post, I was concerned about click bombing, if I used the word invalid that wasnt to your liking, then sorry, but fraud clicks, invalid clicks, whatever you want to call it I saw something that didnt look right that I thought could harm my adsense status and that is why I reported it. Doesnt matter at this point i guess since because google will do what it pleases.

One other question, why does google call its form the "Invalid Clicks Contact Form" instead of fraud click contact form? Just to generalize it so we can all understand it?

Oh yeah, that's a good idea. Now you will not only have a banned AdSense account, you will also be running the risk of having your websites banned too when they catch your bogus AdSense account.

I have friends who had Adsense sites and used to depend on them for a living. Later they realized that they need to diversify into other modes of businesses as well. It makes sense to have an alternative source of income just in case Google decides to penalize your account even though you may not be at fault.

I wouldn't worry too much. Similar thing happened to me and I never got banned or anything. Just make sure if the bad clicks keep happening that you ban the IP's and let Google know when you submit the form the actions you took to reduce the click bombing.

Just to give an update, I did not get banned. Never heard from Google, however I continue to earn money without issues. I still find "refunds" here and there but not like before. Actually been doing pretty well, I have 10 total adsense sites now and for the past week I have averaged almost $400 a day. So just concentrating on building more traffic to the current sites, though I plan to build a couple more sites in the near future. I will assume the daily earnings will go back down to what I have been averaging the past month, which is around $200 a day. I also think the increase was due to switching from shared hosting at Godaddy to a more beefed up vps server.

Youtube/Adsense gets hit with click bombers every now & then, all they do is refund the money.

Lol, at the $5 Adsense account comment.
