Help a newbie with SEO on a proven succesful site

This is my first post and first thread. I have been lurking and learning for some time and appreciate all the info. I've stumbled into niche marketing through my day to day offline business (not im related).

I have a succesful website that has been live for just about one year. It has proven very profitable (in my conservative opinion), but i need to take it to the next level. My website sells a financial product.

All of my sales are currently generated through Adwords. I have close to zero competition....there are one or two other sites that have adwords campaigns, but they aren't as targeted as mine.

There is zero SEO competition for most keywords in my niche. I don't have the desire to learn the ins and outs of SEO, or to make the changes personally. I'm looking for info on how much I can expect to pay for someone to take on the SEO for my site and where i should be looking to find this person (elance.com, etc?)

My site has 5-7 pages that would need to be optimized.
