Fed Up! Need Help Please!

I am burned out and tired of doing seo for my company and would like to know what it would cost to rank me for the below keyword in signature on the top of 1st page for google. No black hat seo though! I don't want to get there and then get blasted from an update eventually. Please look at my page/ site and what it would take to get me there and an estimate of monthly cost or however one charges.

    Here is some free advice.

    You need to get rid of all that duplicate content. All those landing pages in your footer have the same content. That is probably killing your site unless they are all noindex, which if they are there is no point in having them anyhow.

    I would also get rid of the footer links to each of the pages, besides potentially having negative SEO effects, it looks spammy as hell.

    I would probably get rid of all the "carpet cleaning Tampa" links in the blog too. 1 or 2, fine, no big deal. I count 7, not including tags and categories.

    While you are at it get rid of the business name and address at the end of each of the posts. No point in repeating that 5 times on the same page. It's in the footer, that's all you need.

    Looks like most of your backlinks are coming from forums. That is a waste of time for SEO. Ok for direct traffic if it is a niche-related forum (although I highly doubt there are a group of people desperately needing carpet cleaning all in the Tampa area hanging out on one forum).

    I checked 7 local directories and only found your site in 2 of them. That is a problem. I'd imagine you are missing a lot more.

    As far as keywords, get yours out of the meta keywords on all the pages. Complete waste of time and you are just giving away keywords to your competition.

    I know you were looking for prices, but I'm too expensive to work on just one local keyword. Wouldn't be worth your money.

      Thank you very much for this nice detailed message left for me. I will adjust what you suggested however I am on the first page but towards the bottom which really doesn't get me many calls at all. Having difficulty getting it to climb up to the top!

        No problem. The duplicate content especially is probably holding you back. I would either make the content unique or drop the landing pages. And when I say make it unique, I do not mean spinning it. That is garbage.
