What to do best when updating Content ? Need your Advice plz !!!!!!!!

Hi all, I know that updating website content is good for SEO, I want to add a several pages to my website, but my question is should I do something else when I update the contents of my website, like should I add much more links the day I add theses pages, should I do a schedule?

I still a bit newbie so I don't know really what to do, so any advises are very appreciated.

Also If you don't mind, I want to ask you about my updating content strategy in my website it's in my signature, it has only a single page, and it's about a fitness product DVD's in the section of the "The DVD's include:" each of the DVD I will describe them in more detail in another page like for example I will be having a whole page talking only about "Dig Deeper & Fit Test" and so for the 10 other DVD's that is equal to 10 pages should I add them all at once (I can) or should I do a schedule, what technique should i do?

    I would suggest making a schedule for both links and articles and adding gradually, seems to work best so far.

      Yeah I know that but do you recommend that I integrate my building linking schedule with the articles schedule or there is no difference?

        Hi mostafa999,
        Frankly, I did not find any significant difference between the two, so it won't really matter whether you do both on the same day or not. Just that you should space both schedules out gradually.

        That doesn't matter, no way will Google ever crawl your page & all your backlink pages at the same date/time.

    1 key thing when adding content is you should add GOOD content. It may sound silly but you would be surprised the amount of people who post random crap just to create content on the site. Make sure it is relevant and keyword correctly.

    Also yes i would create a scheduler for it all and have it on a drip feed.

    When updating your content, don't forget to include your keywords in the content and try to make good quality and informative content.

    You should make a schedule and stick to it, especially for your link building, but the amount should be in accordance with how new your website is and how much traffic it generates. Creating a whole bunch of links in one day for a new page is NOT a good idea, as it will trigger Google's spam signals.

    As dbwebhosting said, generate high-quality content, and that will be enough to generate incoming links and leads in a natural way.
