After few days of reading in Warrior forum. I decide to dig deeper in SEO . Hopefully in the future i can make some small money at home.
Should i use this software package to start:

  • Easy WP SEO
  • Magic Submitter

What kind of online services i should choose ??
  • .EDU & .GOV backlink buiding?
  • Social Monkee?
  • Article spinner?
Note: my budget is very low. After buying some software i can spend about $70/month.

    Hi,

Forget about "'software" and learn the basics. Using any SEO software without knowing what you're doing would be pure suicide.

Do you use Facebook ? Then you can make money just by inviting people to a Facebook group ! It's called the Instant Income System. How cool is that?

Black-hat SEO is most certainly dead but that's a good thing.
LOL. You people need to hang out more on the dark side forums. Black-hat SEO is far from dead.

Spamming is much less effective, but spamming is hardly black-hat in my book.

First, you should not be using any software without having a solid SEO plan. If you find software that automates some of your plan, great. Use it. None of this software does SEO on its own.

Second... stay away from .edu & .gov backlinking services. All they do is spam .edu and .gov pages that are already spammed to death and hold no value. None of them build any links worth a ****.

Article spinner... also a giant waste of time.

      Seb.
This exactly. All those softwares you mentioned are 99% useless.
Write real articles, do the seo yourself, write good content etc, or spend the money on article writers, and blog posts etc.

Black-hat SEO is most certainly dead but that's a good thing. The days of blasting links and spamming comments are over. But to me that's not SEO. That's spamming. White-hat SEO however remains something that can be learn and applied.

Obviously I was talking about the partying of blasting and spinning articles and the like.

OP should really save his money or spend it on content creation. Then take a month or two to learn what SEO really is WITHOUT buying anything.

There are no two ways to success, it is just doing what is right in the right way.
My advice is learn SEO, understand the basis, structure and the how tos, then if you need to outsource some borring tasks, then you can know how to give instructions to your service provider, you will also be able to know if the result is there or you need to change the system.
Just as others have said, don't bother going for softwares for now, rather learn the process of SEO.
SEO is very interesting if you can take your time to learn it.

I`ve heard a lot of SEO "experts" talk about the best way to SEO now and they have all said the same thing - diversify - Spread your links through out all types of backlinking and backlinks from relevant sites (keyword relevancy) is a big plus.

To begin with SEO, one must begin with on-page optimization on the website which includes creation of meta tags for the pages. After on page optimization, do off page which includes directory submission, bookmarking submission etc.

Starting off with directory submission in off page can be a little tricky. Google doesn't even Index directories now IMO.

Here is a simple way to go about it IMO
Learn the art of SEO first, when you do you will understand the following
    1. Your domain name is important (EMDs = Exact Match Domains or Closely Related)
    2. Your On Page SEO (Keywords, Meta Description, Description, Home Titile, Tags)

    Content
    3. Your Articles (SEO Optimised articles, BUT meaningful, engaging and not stuffed with keywords)
    4. Your Images (your images ALT with your keyword)
    5. Your H1, H2 and H3 Tags

    Off Page
    6. Index your articles by pinging them
    7. Create backlinks to your articles (external links pointing to your articles)
    8. Make your contents go viral (by using social exposures)
    9. Use diverse anchor links to your page.
    10. Link back to other sites

Plugins (if you are using wordpress)
    11. Use relevant and only the important plugins on your site e.g. All in One SEO, Google Sitemap, Cache, Related Articles, WP easy SEO e.t.c

If you have the knowledge about SEO, by now you would have seen that I just showed you the summary of how to rank a website.
Note that this expands beyond this, this is just a summary.

The basic of SEO is keyword. Make a best keyword to your sites, then optimized it. To choose keyword, use google adword keyword tool. Its good enough to analyze your keyword data.

Lol, thangben, are you confused yet? I guess I would be
OK, my 2 cents. As far as I understand you already have at least one website right now. So, before you pay anyone for any services, stick around and learn a thing or two. I always recommend newbies to read a comprehensive guide to SEO first, to be able to see the full picture. For example:

    - Aaron Wall's SEO book (in-depth knowledge)
    - Google's guide to SEO (to get Google's idea of SEO)
    - SEO in Practice (more of a practice-oriented approach)

At the same time, while you're learning, try various tools yourself. Most SEO tools would have a free trial or a free version. If I were you, I'd put together a small free-hosted wordpress blog to use a guinea pig. Do your own keyword research, try to rank your test site for the keywords of your choice, try to get links, try to promote it in social media. Then you'll know what it takes to do SEO from your own experience, and will be able to tell a snake oil salesman from a solid service.

Just do a search for an "SEO consultant". You should be able to find a deal or two on Warrior forum as well. Alternatively, check some of these threads out http://www.warriorforum.com/search.p...rchid=16469277

Seriously I would suggest study more and you will find that most of the stuff you mentioned are things that worked many years ago in Google. There is a major shift going on and you need to play more by the rules or else you are going to get slapped like many other have been in the last year. Anything with spinning and automation software are things that you dont want to waste your time on. Focus your energy on doing higher quality SEO techniques such as viral SEO and high quality content creation with social media. Guest blogging on highly trafficked blog sites with back links to your website. These are some things to give you a start but there is much more. Good luck with your journey and let me know if you need anything or have any questions...
