Adsense, duplicate ads ok?

I have a forum that uses an advertising mod to place ads on the header and the footer. I only set up one ad for this and place the same ad at the top and bottom. In the firefox error console I see this error (it's on my testing server, hence localhost, but it's the same error on my production server):
Security Error: Content at http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/ may not load data from http://localhost/index.php?sid=12f8a...d1fec5519a0f22.
If I disable one of the ads (showing only one ad) I do not get the error. Is this because of duplicate ad code? Do I have to setup a separate adsense ad for each location within a page?
