Need some help - Wordpress Plugin

On the top of every post I promote affiliate link with a call to action i.e "click here to get 7 free videos on...". I have written nearly 100 posts and whenever I try to update the link or the text for call to action it takes really long time. Do you know of a Wordpress plugin that would allow me to posts all at once? something like a resource box or a global link?
