Google Webmaster Tools Duplicate Title Issues ?

Hi All,

I just set up a new site for a client and I go to check everything in Webmaster Tools and it tell me I have 2 pages with duplicate title tags which are:

/jim-neville-preserve-kayak-tour/
and
/jim-neville-preserve

The problem is, I don't even have a page called /jim-neville-preserve, but I do have a page called /jim-neville-preserve-kayak-tour. How is Google finding a page that doesn't exist and furthermore, how are they saying I have duplicate title tags?

I'm using the YOAST SEO Plugin and it's Wordpress website. I have permalinks setup to display with %postname%. Any help is much appreciated.

    Have you tried doing a full site crawl?

    ScreamingFrog offers a free crawling tool (search screaming frog on Google). It will show you how search engines are viewing your site when they crawl it. This MIGHT provide some clarity. Certainly sounds like a strange situation nonetheless.
