Writing Multilingual Blog Posts for Keywords

Hi,
I have an English learning blog so I've started to write some headings of my posts in Italian and German. These blog posts are now showing up the first few pages of Google Italy and Google Germany for some strong keywords which I'm pleased about, but I was wondering if there is something that is not good about doing what I'm doing.
Maybe I'm overthinking it a bit, but does Google look down on doing things like this, considering that I'm only writing the titles of the article using the English, German and Italian titles and the actual body of the post is all in English.
Does anybody else do this to target those specific users and customers?
If so, then I was thinking about translating some of my other articles into other languages like Russian or French, where there is a big market of potential English learners.
Any insight would be great,
