In my google webmaster tools, it says i've submitted 7 URLs. But there are only 2 URLs got indexed by Google. May i know why? There is no crawl error and i've submitted the sitemap.

Sometimes it takes a couple of days to index especially for new sites. Patience.

Simply submit the links to directories / websites which accept it!!

Let few sites that are indexed know your url .. then Google will pick it up from those sites!!

I mean .. drop the links here and there .. preferably on sites with good reputation!!

Google takes some time to index the pages. First check whether those pages got cached, if it doesn't make sure that you have those web pages link in your home page. Orelse bookmark those pages to get indexed faster.

1) It takes time
2) You can sometimes notice (at least this was so in the past) that the actual indexed URLs count is higher if you search Google for e.g. your page titles (so you may also read the "indexed URLs" as being URLs submitted in sitemap confirmed to be in seach index.)
