Please help new site: howtomakeblogs

Hi guys, I recently was "gifted" another domain howtomakeblogs after the owner decided he did not want to make the effort to develop the domain. So, now I am stuck with a domain that is not ranking and not a top level domain- even though it is informative.

What would you guys do with it, and would you be willing to do something with it if we split revenues 50/50? (sorry if I can't make that offer in the forums, but I really don't have the time to work on it)

    Given the name... I'd say a series of tutorials on the different blogging platforms. That's for the content. As for the monetization... Some paying (affiliate) WP plug-ins? You'll find some easily on JvZoo.

      Do you think I would be able to lease the domain to another marketer? I don't have the time to learn the SEO work to get the website ranking well.

      Being brand new to IM I am not even sure people lease out domains? I know according to adwords tool the website is an exact keyword match for 90,000 global monthly searches.

    You can hire a freelancer to rank this site. You don't need to learn SEO.
