Hi all. Complete noob here and just seeking some basic SEO help and guidance.
Initially working as a general content editor on this site I now have the task of learning the SEO ropes. For now this is to include guest blogging (hopefully), blog commentating and forum posting.
I understand that SEO is absolutely huge, which is why I'm dipping my toe in the water bit by bit and hoping to pick it up along the road.
Can anyone from the same or similar niche give me any pointers towards these basic SEO techniques? Perhaps betting/sport forums that allow signature links, sites that cater towards guest bloggers etc.
We are a young site, and I have a lot of learning to do, but hopefully I can be pointed in the right direction.
