Backilinks from recent Comments Section?

I have a site that is about 1 month old and i have started to do some backlinking to it and made a couple comments on some niche related articles.

These websites have a recent comments section that is on the side of all of their pages and when it shows recent comments it also shows a link back to my site.

Then around 5 days ago my site lost all of its rankings for its keywords and i couldn't find out why until i checked google webmasters today and saw that i have over 1000 links from one site and 600 from another that has the same recent comment section.

I am assuming that this has led to my site losing its rankings but i was wondering if anybody else has had this same thing happen to them.?

Like i said it only shows the 5 most recent comments and mine is no longer there so does that mean that all those links will disappear?

    yup you answer your own question - google doesnt like when suddenly a huge amount of links and then gone,
    try avoid those blogs - they will hurt you, or contact the webmaster to let them know that case - maybe they can tweak the way recent comments are shown.
    You will keep the link on the original comment page anyways. though instead of sitewide they are just on the 1 post
