Weather forecast blogging - any ideas?

Warriors, I have created WeatherForecast blogsite (non-english site).
In english it would be weather-forecast, so you see the domain name is pretty good, however I have huge problems with finding related blogs, sites, forums, where i could comment or put my backlink.
The kw gets aprox. 30`000 searches locally, so it is worth fighting for it.
Tried to put the link, but currently i am unable to do that.
