You can use MagicSubmitter or SENuke to get the job done. There are some providers on Fiverr but few people actually get your work done correctly. In SEO, you really get what you pay for.

A lot of the cheap services that are out there usually work for a little while and then seem to get your site penalized, but there are certainly a few gems.

Not after Penguin. You'll only get a limited result. I tried them and experimented with them at a large scale. You need a scalable white hat link building solution.

as far as ranking my sites should I use the steps they speak of on the MS site? The reason I ask is because alot of the videos are out dated. Wish there was a training site that teaches how to use this tool =(
