Which PPC would be best for my blog?

I know my blog isn't exactly the kind of blog that's going to rake in the moolah because, let's face it, "Funny Foreign Movie Posters" isn't the kind of search term that countless thousands of people type into Google every day. But I would like to make some money from the blog, even just a few bucks, while I learn the ropes and set up a website that will have a major positive impact on my back balance.

Right now I'm using Adsense, which has earned me zero dollars. I've read a couple of books (maybe I need to read some more) on how to configure the ads so they get the maximum CTR, but they still sit on zero clicks.

What can I do to fix this terrible state of affairs? Is Adsense the way for me to go or do you think that Amazon or another ad provider would be more suited to my blog?

My signature will beam you to my blog.

I decided to give Amazon a try. Adsense is pretty much useless for a blog like mine. I would need an immense amount of traffic just to get one or two clicks. The great thing about Amazon is I can choose products that relate to each post. My posts feature funny movie posters, so what I do is insert ads for the DVDs of the movies and or the posters themselves within the body of the posts. Easy-peasy.

I'll let you know when I make my first buck.

You could try BuySellAds. It's a marketplace for media buying.

With BSA, you could get easily advertisers that buy your adspace and pay you monthly, not by pay per click.

BSA is surely a nice alternative to adsense. But' it's also harder to get accepted.

That's an interesting option, elexmedia. Although that would only be a lucrative option for sites with vast amounts of traffic. Mine's at the lower end of the traffic scale at the moment. I can't see advertisers in a hurry to secure ad space on it. Not yet anyway.

Obviously Google adsense is the best for PPC.
