Moved from non.www to www. site and i'm having loads of issues

I was wondering if some one could help.

My blog which I hardly ever used was set up as happylaptops dot co uk when I put a post up that got some attention it was taking the server down due to load so I decided to switch hosting companies to ensure the blog could handle the load.

When the hosting company moved the blog over they switched from a non www domain to www domain and I didn't release for a few days. I checked backlinks and most pointed to the www version anyway so I decided to leave it that way and make the required changes to WMTs.

Now the only term that brings up my site on google is happylaptops and i've also getting strange results like

secure dot domain
w dot domain
wwww dot domain

Other than setting up a 301 direct which i believe wordpress does automatically and changing the domain preference in WMT tools is there anything else I should do? How can I deindex the old non www domain site?

Any advice and help would be much appreciated

If you have redirect non www site, you don't need to deindex it.. Just put 301 redirect on non www site and wait for some time till your site gets crawl and indexed.

      Cheers for the reply.

What about my complete loss of ranking and the weird sub domains appearing?
