2nd tier ppc networks?

I posted this in the CPA section about a week ago, but second guessed that I might get a better response in the PPC section -
It's too hard working with the big ppc networks and affiliate offers (plus my adcenter account was banned for who knows what reason). What are some quality 2nd tier (if they exist) ppc networks. Everyone knows about 7search. Anything else worth looking at? I've heard of LookSmart, Miva, Ask.com... And please share your experiences? Thanks.
