      I think what you do is undigg it and then click the bury it option, eventually it will be removed.

      Instead of asking in someone elses thread I'd suggest you create your own thread.

      but to answer your question .. Check your spam folder, check the email address is correct .. failing that try a different email .. if that still won't work then contact their support.
