Link Building Strategy for Multiple Domains

Hi,

I have about 31 domains of same niche. They are all exact match domain names focusing on different keywords of same niche, some of them are two domains per keyword (same niche). Also, all of these domains are hosted on same server, and same IP address.

I need some good opinions for link building, if I make 20 web 2.0 properties for Domain A, can I safely use the same properties for Domain B? What would be a perfect link building plan for such a project?

PS: If I was to hire a VA for this project, what task(s) shall I give them?

    You could definitely use the same web 2.0's to link to different domains but I definitely wouldn't make a link footprint by linking to too many of these domains. With 31 sites its gonna take a lot more than 20 web 2.0's. If you are just concentrating on web 2.0's I would create about 10 for each site. Each 10 will only link to each one to one site. Then i'd create a few hundred that linked to multiple sites and to the other web 2.0s in a random fashion. Now thats just using web 2.0's. Now there are a bunch of other methods you should apply as well but an effective plan for 31 sites would take a long time to iron out.
