Two websites, same content (almost)

Let's say that you have a website that's doing okay, and you want to leverage it more. You've got a few articles on (for example) tendonitis exercises. Let's say the URL is "tendonitisexercises.com". Would it be okay to make another website with the URL "anti-tendonitisexercises.com" and post the same content, just changed enough that the prefix "anti-" was plugged in a few times and the KY optimization/metatags/etc. were similarly tweaked? What would be the result?

I remember Mike Filsame said somewhere that if you have a site that's doing well, one thing would be to make another site just like it, and you'll double your revenue. But I'm not sure just how "just like it" you can get and not incur Google penalties.
