Similar Pages Name has any Negative Impact ?

Just need to confirm about Web Pages similarity ? i have a Jobs website and many Job Posts similar description and title. and I d k how to optimize it ? unfortunately many pages bout to similar in website so how can i optimize in this case ? but one thing damn sure Job post will be repeat e,g: SEO Expert Job and like that stuff will be repeated 4 5 times in a week....

Need Suggestions and help

    I don't think it's a big deal. If you want, add a unique ID at the end of the url so the search engines know that it is definitely a different page.

    You'll probably end up with a lot of pages in Supplemental SERPs, unless you have unique text for each page, especially the page <title>.

        Split the links 50/50 pointing at each page with the main keyword as anchor-text (ex: SEO expert).

        You still want to have unique content on the rest of the pages describing both services. Be as detailed as possible for what each service provides, I doubt both SEO services do the [exact] same things.

          yeah description all bout differ from each other post but can i use like seoexpert1 or as seoexpert2, seoexpert3 at new job post ?
