High Paying Keywords List - 2012 - Some Shocking CPCs

Hi Warriors,

This is the list of top or highest paying google keywords list we recently discovered. Few days back we launched a domain name generator, suggestions and search related website Name Stall. And for that website we created a section we call – High Paying Keywords Domain Search. In that section of our website we wanted to develop a tool where people can search high paying keyword domain names for free.

And for that section we started to collect all top paying google keywords. And when we finally finished/gathered near about 500,000 high paying keywords we were really shocked to see some of the keywords’ CPC.

We discovered 34 keywords with CPC $200 plus, more than 600 keywords with CPC $100 plus and more than 6000 keywords with CPC $50 plus.

If you want to see all 500,000 top paying keywords and want to check domain name availability of those 500,000 high paying keywords you can visit our website’s high paying keywords section.

Guys, we never accepted to find this type of CPC when we started our work. This is an accidental finding. And please remember we are not Keyword Experts so please bear with us if you find any problem with our data.

Anyway, I am sharing our findings in image (png format) to keep the table arrangement (row/column) properly. It may take some time to load all 20 images because each image contains 100 highest paying keywords for a Main Keyword.

Keyword Group - 200 Plus CPC

Keyword Group - Law

Keyword Group - Attorney

Keyword Group - Donate

Keyword Group - Insurance

Keyword Group - Degree

Keyword Group - Claim

Keyword Group - Host

Keyword Group - Trade

Keyword Group - Class

Using the contextual targeting tool and dividing by 2...

    Here is a stable niche:

    mesothelioma lawyer
    ~ $5.00 / click

I checked the competition for this and SEOMOZ reports 51% which is surprisingly low. All EMDs are taken and not one of those rank on google.

Not shockingly high but still pretty high for a click.

      ~ $3.65 / click

      Riverside Accident Lawyer

los angeles car accident lawyer, riverside car accident lawyer, accident lawyers los angeles, los angeles car accident lawyers, accident lawyer riverside
      $2.66 / click

Not shockingly high but still pretty high for a click. Too bad the search for these terms total to less than 100 meaning you probably wont get even 1 click at 10% CTR.
One of my friends recently got $113 dollar for one click. It was a business directory site. Even saw a guy in a forum claiming $88 dollar for one click from his barest cancer blog.

So I am not sure whether these data really makes any sense or whether to deny. But google shows this CPC in google keyword tool.

but anyway, its fun to know this kind of CPCs...

Not all EMDs are taken...still few are left...and a decent numbers of .com with hyphens are still available. You can still get lot of .net as well.

Example Keyword - "Cerebral Palsy Legs" with competition 0.15, Exact Match 28 and CPC $243,45 is still available. You have to search for exact match domain.

Anyway, since the tool can check with hyphens as well multiple TLDs at a time so I guess it would not be very difficult to try some with keywords. give it a try you might find one.

Traffic is actually going to be less than that b/c you're going to want to look at LOCAL MONTHLY SEARCHES (meaning in the US (google.com))

Yes that is most interesting part. Keywords are not very feasible in terms of Exact Monthly Global Search. And this is why I shared my findings in Table Format with Keywords, Competition, Searches & CPC. I found usually people share high paying keywords with only Keywords & CPC but that is not gonna give you a clear picture of the keyword unless you know other data like Searches & Competition.

And another remarkable finding is that even though most of the keywords have very law searches yet domain names are taken. And when we searched few of domain names' current status we found most of them are for sale or undeveloped.

So probably people buy this kind of exact match domain names just to sell them I guess.

It's all the hype about flipping domains from a while back.. It's crap though Lol! I get emails DAILY from people/companies trying to sell me domains.. It's annoying as hell! :p

I haven't been active or paid attention to these forums for probably close to a year.. So I'm a little out of what's "in" at the moment Lol!

Can we get back to reality?

A list like this is useless.

And a spammed link to boot.

Lets snap back to reality & use the correct tool (contextual tool) for getting a rough CPC estimate.

    Notice the keyword below:
    • Keyword = [financing account receivables]
    • Keyword Tool CPC = $69.30
    • Contextual Tool CPC = $5

Before you say "Well $5 per click isn't bad", think again.

The Contextual tool is the closest rough estimate you'll get. Now divide that $5 by 2 for Googles cut, now your down to $2.50 per click. Then factor in the endless price swing depending on Adwords competition & the organic SERP competition (If that's your traffic source).

On this example, you've went from $69.30 CPC down to $2.50 CPC (on a good day), with a high competition keyword in Google SERPs.

The rest of the list in OP is the same situation as this example.

    Good luck with that.

    Keyword Tool

    Contextual Tool

Yes indeed. Google takes the advantage of the nature of the business. And it is really very sad. It indicates drug treatment and rehab are expensive because their advertisements are expensive.

Not very likely. This huge piece of sewage spam was dragged up

I agree about the useless spam bit, but I think you underestimate the ability to do dumb things by the less informed members here.

Last year there was a guy who posted all his KW research here (and then deleted it about 30 minutes later when he realized his mistake), which in part covered the industry one of my sites is in, and within 4 weeks there were over 10 new sites trying to compete with me.

BTW - some of them even outranked me on some of my main terms - for a few weeks until the methods they learned from WSOs etc. got them penalized.

      Hi,

sorry I shovel up an older thread but I think it will be update always, then we all want to make good money with adsense.

      I wonder about this;

      @Yukon;

      Notice the keyword below:
      Keyword = [financing account receivables]
      Keyword Tool CPC = $69.30
      Contextual Tool CPC = $5

Before you say "Well $5 per click isn't bad", think again.

On this example, you've went from $69.30 CPC down to $2.50 CPC (on a good day), with a high competition keyword in Google SERPs.

I wonder, google says that they pay 68% from the cpc price to you the adsense publisher?

But here in this example they pay not 68% from $69,30, no they pay only $2,50.

      Why?

      68% from $69,30 = $47,12 and not $2,50, how that can be?
      does google makes fraud you?

        Hi marco005,

No, you are wrong, it isn't 69.30 CPC for the Display network, that is from the Search Network. Those are two very different networks. The Search Network is a completely different network from the Display Network, and CPC on the Search Network has absolutely nothing at all to do with the CPC of ads on the Display Network.

Each network has it's own set of websites and advertisers. The CPC will depend upon how much competition there is for ad space, and in turn, how well the traffic from the network converts for the advertisers.

It is an old thread. You point out why it's useless for a new site on the display network.

It also is why old threads morph into nonsense.

Google does NOT say they pay for the highest click ANYWHERE. They pay
based on YOUR site. You think if someone bids on NYT for $50, but bids
only $5 on my site, that google is going to pay ME based on $50 on NYT?

        That is abso-friggin-lutely ludicrous.

I don't know man. I'd say stay away from adsense

I dont know why anyone would even bother beating their head against the wall trying to rank for these.

if you want to tackle these niches nowadays you'll need to get creative and get traffic outside of google. Id maybe look into some kind of craigslist or social media tactics to get traffic to these kinds of ads. Heck even a targeted classifieds ad in a real paper could be worth experimenting with.

...but then again, Id rather make more money working smarter, not harder.

@dburk; ah thanks for that information.
Yes advertise on GDN are lower than on the google search.

So can I exclude such websites who only advertise on GDN to get always the highest Publisher payout?

Is it possible to rank for high cost cpc niche keywords or impossible?
