What to do with my site...Some Advice on Selling & Hosting, Please

My site is exactly one year old.

It is a PR2, on the first page of Google for really competitive term, and well established and respected site in the niche.

I'm going to be renewing the domain today, since it expires in a few days, but I wanted to ask what I should do.

The site only gets about 1200-1500 visitors a month. Adsense earnings are abysmal. The only reason I still pay $10 for hosting every month is because it's my first site, I wrote all the content myself, and I can use it to showcase my work for small, one-time jobs.

I want to sell it, but do you think that is a good idea? Adsense earnings are less that $8/month average.

If I don't sell it, I want to transfer my hosting over to Blogger.
I'm currently using HostGator, but it's not worth it to me to pay the money for a site that makes no money.

What would happen if I change it over to Blogger in terms of SEO, URL structure, and indexing?

    What kind of website is it and is it setup on the Blogger platform, wordpress, or html site? You may face issues with SEO, URL structure and indexing if you are not able to do the proper 301 re-directions, which I don't think you can do with Blogger. I'd consider moving to a lower cost web hosting company if the $10/month is the issue.
