I am doing following things for On Page, please advise if anything else needs to be done:

1. Creating Title for every page
2. Unique Description
3. Creating Robots.txt
4. Alt tags
5. XML sitemap
6. Header Tags
7. Google Analytics
8. Google Webmaster submission

    Forget Meta Keywords - Google and Bing don't use those anymore.

    Most important - Write for humans.
    Then -- for each page choose a keyword. ONE keyword (phrase).
    Use that keyword in the title, etc. and sparingly (1-2% density) in the text.
    WRITE FOR HUMANS.

    Include related (LSI) keywords on the page as well. (Good free source for those is at LSIKeywords.com)
