Hello all,

After reading a lot of your success posts regarding PPC campaigns and various other marketing campaigns through the likes of Google Adsense and Amazon, I have decided to delve into the game myself along with two other friends of mine.

The only problem is that we have no idea how or where to begin, I feel like I've been bumrushed with information. Can anyone out here help us out? We do have a big background in marketing, but we feel absolutely overwhelmed.

We are open to all and all ideas, niche sites, etc. We want to be able to make a decent income off of this and are VERY committed to succeed.

Thank you all in advance!

    Hi 2Chainz....

    This is what I recommend:

Make a list of 5-10 "niches" that you are familiar with and feel that you can add value for. Break those down into sub-niches if necessary.

Once you have your list of niches and sub-niches, identify those that can be monetized whether it be physical product promotion, info products, AdSense ads, etc.

    Start monetizing them.

For example, let's assume you are into "fishing" as a hobby (bluefishing in particular). What I would suggest is starting a blog/website about bluefishing and talk about your trips, the tackle you use, etc. Maybe even setup a forum if you wish. You can then, throughout your posts, promote specific fishing tackle and gear on Amazon or other retail sites via affiliate links.

I, personally, am biased toward Amazon review sites because I do very well with them but that's just what works for me. For you, identify what works, and then monetize it.

Thank you for the reply Tom, we appreciate it.

We will definitely take those steps you mentioned. We have long thought about a sportsbook review site, but do you think that it would be too broad?
