Smart pricing and CPC reductions

I have a made-for-adsense site in the coupon niche. It's entirely focused on one particular consumer product. Over the past week, my CPC has steadily declined, from $.48 per click initially to $.14 per click today. So, my earnings are about 1/3 of what they were.
From reading around the forum, I understanding that Google's 'smart pricing' algorithm may be reducing my CPC because visitors on my site are less likely to complete a desired business result when they click an ad.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this steady decline of CPC? I have to admit, my site isn't exactly high-quality; it basically says "These coupons are great, they can save you money" and repeats variations of that for about 500 words.
