Adsense finder?

As you probably know i am quite new to the science of business online.
I have launched a friendship site and after two weeks quite pleased with the google campaign. However, I also am contemplating using adsense for this or future websites I am creating....I came accross this today, Adsense finder by by John Reese.
Has anyone heard of him, and / or used the Adsense finder to conduct cheaper PPC campaigns?
