Adsense account disabled. Getting new one.

I got adsense account using a website. Then I placed ads on my five sites. Now my account is disabled and I want to apply for another account using one of the sites that I used to display adsense ads on. Is it correct.
When Google disables an account, does it disable account or the owner of the account?

    Why not stop using adsense? Just makes google
    more militant on everybody else.

    Banned once and you want to just do the same.

    Have you not read the rules?

    Read the rules. Clean up your act. Then maybe.

    That would be for the case for some countries.

    The truth is...
    Reapplying with the same site, from Pakistan, is
    a sure way to not get through.

    They do blacklist the site, but there are ways to
    clean it up. But, like I said, impossible for
    Pakistan, India, etc.

      I was thinking the same till today. But there's none other like adsense. Therefore, I just wanted to get an account. But I think its useless.
      I was going well, there was nothing wrong, I didn't go against their policy, received payments previously, made no changes with ads or placement but all of a sudden I get my account banned. And the fact is that I don't know the reason.

    Wouldnt recommend setting up a new account and then using it on a site your banned adsense account was displaying ads.. You realy think google wont figure it out and just ban that account to. if you do get away with it and you start earning money then bam they ban you agin all that work nothing to show far it.
    I wouldnt try out smarting google on this adsense been around way to long they know every trick in the book.
    try other networks there are plenty out there
