First newbie to post gets it.

I researched competition and everything; should NOT be a problem to take. I would easily take it however I have 2 websites in the making that will payout big when I'm done. I used SEOMOZ and MS + Google to check everything out.
  • The niche is medical!
  • EMD .net 5+ years available!
  • 1,000+ local searches
  • COMP : HIGH
  • Google Insights shows it is VERY stable.
  • Your competition has very few backlinks.
  • Your EMD competition is 'inactive' (They have 0 backlinks and they just left the site alone I guess)
  • CONTEXTUAL TOOL - $3.50 (Divide by 2 to get your estimated earning per click)
