random google ranking fluctuation

hi guys. im super confused with whats going wrong with my adult toy site.
I know ranking fluctuations are normal, but my site is going from page 1 to 2 then 4 then back to 1 and so on. This has been happening for a short while. the sites been trading for 4 years and never experience such weird results
i noticed today that my site shot to page 1 for one of my main keywords but dropped in rankings for my other main keyword.
any suggestions as to why this could be happening.
