What is a good website to evaluate a website SEO these days?
I'm looking to see if I want to advertise on a website, looking to find out about 1) if their seo page rank and other seo factors are good and 2) if their traffic and demographics are good for our advertising.

    The page rank, and alexa ranking should be the factor for your requirement. Alexa ranking shows the amount of visitors on the website. Lower the alexa, higher the visitors.

    Check PR using a browser extension such as SEOQuake. You can also observe the number of internal / external links, domain age, etc

    Well first off, you should contact the owner of the website and get a detailed traffic report of the website before you even think of advertising.

    Secondly, you can check alexa to see the rank. It is a general tool to see how well a site is going. Check any backlink checker (ahrefs, opensiteexplorer, etc.) and see how many backlinks it has to see authority. See if there are existing ads on the site, and if they've been there for a while because that mean's they are converting.

    The list goes on and on.....
