According to Google's Penguin update we can't post same article or Press Release on different sites otherwise the post will be deleted. Is it also applicable in the case of Social Bookmarking and Forum Posting?

    Wrong understanding of the update. It won't literally get deleted. Google basically just promoted the importance of unique content.

    Not recommended. Go with unique content that will attract humans all by itself, driving the first source of traffic, and then the second source from Google will take care of itself.
