Blatent Copyright Infringement

Hey guys, advice wanted:
I have discovered a site that has copied one of my own dog sites, pretty much word for word!
Upon emailing their host, because the site in question had no contact info, I was told to submit to them, a DMCA which I have done three times over the last two weeks with no response.
When hosting companies ignore DMCA's what is the next step I need to take? Believe me, if I knew how to hack the site and remove the content myself I would but I dont
These guys are very lucky that I am not well versed in the inner workings of hacking because if I were, they would be very, very sorry.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I solved the problem by finding out what company was hosting the site:
http://who.is is awesome for this. It can also give you the details on the owner.
I then contacted the hosting company and site owner. 3 days later the site was gone.

    Good Luck

If we're just talking about an RSS scraper that isn't ranking particularly highly, then I wouldn't waste my time trying to get the content removed. But if it's a potential competitor, then it may be wise to take action.

Put your complaint in writing, ideally sending via whatever recorded postage service is available in your part of the world. Also, give a deadline by which you expect the offending content to be removed.

    Thanks for responses guys:
To the first poster, I have already tracked down the hosting company and emailed them but no reply. I would love nothing better for them to regret ignoring me lol.
