Adwords Support / Mentors - Do They Exist?

Hello,
I recently started advertising PPC on Google Adwords. I am targetting to particular locations and I feel like I have a fairly good understanding of how things work. This has only been up and running for a few days, I'm keeping very close tags on visitors via Analytics and am really trying to tweak everything and absorb as much info as I can about how well this is working.
However, I do feel that maybe I'm not as comfortable as I'd like to be and since this is quite new for me I would love to spend 30 minutes with someone who really is in the know about all this and how I can tweak even more things with the landing page, keywords, CPC etc to start making conversions.
Do these people exist? I'm sure they're out there, I've looked on fiverr and can't see anything of any worth regarding this. I'd love the input of not necessarily an expert, but someone who is very comfortable with all this.
