If you remove the date off your posts and pages (I'm using Wordpress), will that affect my rankings in any way?

Thanks

So far I never experienced this and never heard anyone complaining this about this. As far as it is not going to do nothing with your content/title/keywords/meta description - It may not (most probably)

If you remove post or content from your site, Google will consider it as 404 page. So ratio of your 404 page is increased and it will give not only negative impression in Google but also decrease crawled frequency. So if you want to remove content or post, you have to redirect that particular page to relative category by using 301 redirection code.

Hold on... I am sorry, I am confused, could you please explain further...
the issue is not this, it is, "removing date (Off date)" will harm or not?, I don't think, there is a connection between 'date off' on a blog post and 404 page....

No, removing date from blog posts cannot hurt ranking of a website.

It doesn't have any effect. Also, it would be silly for them to track date and time on page as it can be written in many ways, even with images.

I have actually done this before and it didn't cause any problems. The only time I can see it causing problems is if your listed in Google News etc
