My Website Links not Indexing ???

Recently i checked on google webmaster Index count feature and found that LOTS of the links and pages was not indexed... You can see the screenshot below and here is my website link - Miracle Software - Online shopping to buy Computer Software, Antivirus, desktops, Laptops, Accessories and SSL certificates. , however it is redirecting to folder "csc"... can someone please check and let me know the proper direction to solve this dump problems.

      I think most of my pages was not indexed but i don't know the actual links which one of them are indexed or not.

      Is there anyway to scan my site to see which one is not indexed because i have 800 products..

      I am talking about the backlinks... Google not indexing all pages.. don't you see that on screenshot..

      IF your site does not have any above problem then you must create the news sitemap.xml and other sitemap files and upload on root folder. Then go to web master and submit manually for index of all pages.
