Hello team....

I recently have made a keyword research and i found a great keyword but on my computer it shows $0.15 cpc but in india it shows $2.6
Can you please explain me that ??

Do you suggest me to use this keyword in order to build a niche website or it is not profitable according to cpc ??

This keyword has 135.000 exact monthly searchers ......and the competition is not very big...i mean i can rank on the second position..

note:Only people who know what they are talking about are welcome to answer cause these answers can determine the future of a website....!!!

Thank you for understanding,
zourkas

If you are basing starting a website from the
goople keyword tool, man that's what google
is trying to avoid. People slapping together
yet another site on some keyword, rather
than setting out to make the best dang
site that's unique that nobody has tried.

You can't possibly know you will rank #2.

The google keyword tool is for search, not
adsense. Your site will dictate what the CPC
is, which in almost every case is substantially
lower than search. Plus, you get 68% of it,
    not the whole thing.

People can only guess as to why India is higher.
Could be it's more popular in India, and the US could
    care less.

Could be the whole keyword tool is completely bogus,
or a random guess that has no real world meaning
    for adsense.

But there are numerous keywords that would do quite
well in India. There's a billion people. Some actually
have money to spend. Traffic from India can't be bad
    if the ads target them.

Why not think of something you love, know about,
and can nurture a site to popular across the internet?

That's what google wants. It's the ticket to success
in the long run. Any niche can make you boatloads
    of adsense money.

In my opinion, 135,000 monthly searches is too big of a target for a brand new site. That could be your main theme word, but you're not going to rank for a while for the main theme with that many searches.

If there are that many searches, someone is already getting search traffic for that phrase.

There are several parts to the Google keyword search. There is a separate traffic estimator if you sign into your AdSense account... Just log in there, and do an estimate with a high number like $1,000 as your cost per click and a high daily limit... Just use big numbers so that Google will give you an estimate of the 'top' position ad.

That will give you a better estimate of the cpc that will be required to beat everyone else, thus uncovering the highest cpc value estimate.

That number will be different from the keyword tool, and is a better estimate than the one the Keyword Tool gives you.

I'd suggest also checking KeyWordSpy dot com to get an idea of the number of real competitors for that keyword. If there are a lot of people competing for the keyword, you'll always have some ad showing...

Google has a lot of JUNK keywords in there that people DO NOT actually search for online. They are trying to get an idea of what people might type, and get you to put money into your advertising account(the real purpose of that tool).

Are you using Market Samurai or Traffic Travis to help you pick through the keyword data?

According to people who says to do what you love it is not right for me....the best thing to do is not what you love and what you hate....a niche tha i actually love does not have any searcher...now i have to do something that i do not hate..!!!!
