Ways to Display on Google Search Results

Not sure if my title makes sense, but what I mean it this:




When you build your site, and try to rank it, how can you set it up so it displays like those above when searched on Google?

I'm pretty sure it's not depending on the traffic, or whether it's ranking top or not - since eBay/Amazon and some of the big sites don't have these "menu" sort of sub-navigation links on the results page.

Any ideas?

    This one is totally depend on google, When some inner pages have more visit then google shows the search result on this format.
