Scrapebox help

I have searched the forum and watched a load of vids all day but its just not working i got sb on one of them pre loaded vps things and have been trying to use it all day just to harvest and it says harvest 0 urls.

I harvest public proxies that pass Google try them and they don't work.2min later i check them all and they all fail.

I no you can buy private ones but someone said dont use private ones for harvesting cause they will burn out in a second.:confused:

    well, you need to scrape the list using private proxies. If you do not have private proxies then i guess you can not use scrapebox. But still, you can scrape some of the URL by giving some good foot print which will give you somre URL.

    To be totally honest i would say you would be better off buying some of your own, will save you a lot of trouble in the long run, while your spending lots of time harvesting proxies, you are not harvesting URL's that could be generating you backlinks

      Yh i see what you mean i dont mind buying them if thats the way to go but a lot of people were saying its not needed for harvesting.How many will i need to purchase and how long will they last? cheers

    For harvesting it's the opposite. You want as many public proxies as possible. I sent a PM your way.

    JSProjects do you mind sending me the same info or sharing it here? I am also struggling to scrape google with proxies that seconds before passed the google test. I have no problem buying private but everywhere says use public for scraping. I must be doing something wrong. Thanks

      Scrapebox is still working good for me. Depends on how you want to use it, but for scraping URLs, it works just fine!

      To the OP; You can scrape using private proxies without a problem. They won't burn out, don't worry!

    I have buy private proxy, yahoo is harvesting well . google first run gives 400 urls where yahoo 14000, 2 run, google 0 , it showing error 303 ?

    search forums dedicated to proxys ,never use private proxys for any scraping purpose.

    for me i have scrapebox and i make use of public proxies only for scraping and posting all the time.
    point of note to use them you just have to keep updating the proxies every time you want to use them becos they easily burn out yet very effective in posting
