Is it safe to re-use content in a de-indexed blog

Is it safe to re-use content in a de-index site. To clarify, the content is added after the site has been de-indexed. I was trying to revive the site but it was unsuccessful.

I am thinking of re-using the content on another site/ domain. Is it safe?

    I would say yes if the other site is not active right now. Just to be sure (if you aren't going to revive the site) add a no index, no follow in the meta robots txt area of the homepage. So if for whatever reason Google decided to take a look at your site again it won't crawl the site and index it.

      I took even stronger measures. I have changed the DNS to direct to a landing page by my domain registra. It no longer directs to any of my previous content.

      I will wait about 1 week for everything to be gone before re-using the content again. I am not sure if 1 week is enough but I have no way of telling because the content is not indexed anyway when I search using google with site:mydomain.com

      How long should I leave it alone for?

    it is safe to use on an established site as I use it all the time, but on deindexed, what else search engine can do. You are already deindexed

    why risk it again, i recommend that you create new contents like maybe rewriting from the old ones to make them at least unique.

    there is nothing bad re-using the content in as much is not being used else where ..i mean you should avoid duplicating same content ...
