Is the 728x15 Link Unit Many Themes Including CTRTheme Use Accoss The Header Against Adsense TOS ?

Hi guys,

The 728 x 15 link unit many many adsense users place accross the top of the page just below the header or in some cases instead of a header like in certain settings of the CTRTheme against adsense TOS ?

    And how can I be sure I didnt do nothin else? Well how about just adding the theme, just as it is, by default and bom! wham bam thank you maam.....you are freakin banned!

    Dont buy CTR Theme. I will say it again and again wherever I can. Many many many ex-ctr theme users attest to this too. Period!

      Jez dude dont say that i mean your saying it was just the theme in your opinion not how you set it up ? Because i can see you can set it up with just adsense showing above the fold do you think you played with too many adsense blocks or are you saying out right if the site is checked and the theme is CTR your banned ? I mean why isnt there this problem with the Xfactor style site although they are dropping off some what now they where everywhere ??

        I have CTR theme. I'm probably going to just have two ad blocks. One wrapped to the right above the fold the other wrapped to the left at the bottom of the page.

          Yeah i`m doing the same sort of thing dude sod having it set up with 4 huge adsense blocks above the fold i`ve been using all the different theme setting (not adsense block setting but the 4 or is it 5 different styles) anyway i like the look of them i`ve got one with just the link unit accross the top and a skyscraper thats it and its working
