What is Your Google's Last Cache Date

In almost all my sites, the Google's lastest cache dates are 25th July, 26th July, 27th July. Is it normal for the last cache date for my sites to be almost identical?

In my experience, my sites typically get cached within 10 days. It's almost 10 days now and its late (like a period), making me concerned. If I don't update my sites often, will the cache frequency decrease? (more and more days between new cache)

What is the longest period of time between caches that you experienced for sites PR > 1.

I quickly checked 2 of my sites. One gets cached every day and has been for years. The other has a cache date of July 20.

Neither of them has been updated for months.

The site that gets cached every day has never been updated more than twice a month, but each post averages about 1200 words.

For the most part, I don't pay attention to cache age. I only know about the every day one because a few years ago I was checking on some keywords in MS and noticed the Google cache age. Back when they still used Google data.
